Two 60-minute on Location Meetings with Professional Planners. Receive email support between meetings. You tell us about your event and guest list and we'll give you our best recommendations for vendors. We'll discuss ideas for food and drinks, entertainment, decor scheme, timeline and seating and/or table layouts. We'll get you started on the right track.

In addition to everything listed above, we'll help you budget and hire the right vendors. Receive four 60-minute on Location Meetings and email support along the way. We'll follow up with those vendors and be your personal liaison. The week of the event, we'll be sure all vendors are up to date on payment and aware of the plans made.

Day Of Coordinator

"Basic D.O.C."
Meet with us for two 45-minute meetings prior to the day of. Let us know what you've planned and where you need help. Whether it's telling vendors where to go and how to set up or keeping you on track with a timeline. The day of, you'll receive four hours of helping hands so you can enjoy your event. You can choose when and where you'd like the help or allow us to guide you on where you may need this service the most.

"Essential D.O.C."
In addition to our basic d.o.c services, we'll assist in decorating the event space the day of. Receive three 45-minute meetings prior to the day of. We'll be the on site contact from the time you receive access to the building until three hours into the event.

"Above and Beyond"
In addition to both d.o.c. packages listed above, we'll stay through the duration of the event. At the end of the night, we'll assist in gathering your personal belongings and making sure the venue rules are followed for the end of the night procedures.
